The CryoVault pouch is designed to maintain consistent temperatures for up to 48 hours, ensuring your sensitive products arrive safely. Its resealable zip-lock closure makes the pouch reusable, while the dual tape closure provides added security during transit. Available in 1.0" or 1.5" foam thicknesses and sizes 9x11” and 12x14”, these pouches provide a balance of thermal protection, space efficiency, and operational convenience. Each pouch comes individually compressed for bulk storage, making handling, shipping, and inventory management simpler and more cost-effective.
Constructed with MET PET poly liners and flexible polyurethane foam insulation, CryoVault pouches slow heat transfer, keeping your products at their required temperature throughout transit. The dual tape and zip closure provides quick sealing, secure re-sealing, and added protection for maximum safety during shipping, while helping minimize material waste.
Designed for lightweight handling and space-saving storage, these pouches are compressed for shipment in cartons of 50 pouches, 45 cartons per pallet, providing efficiency for distribution and logistics.
