About the Role
Digital Content & Web Optimization Specialist with strong WordPress, SEO/AEO, digital strategy, and visual design capabilities to support IPC’s digital marketing presence. This role focuses on creating high-quality website pages, visual assets, and optimized digital experiences that support both human users and AI-driven search visibility.
The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving the structure, performance, and visual authority of IPC’s website and social media presence. This includes building WordPress pages, producing high-end graphics and infographics, optimizing metadata and page structure for AI and search engines, and ensuring the website delivers a high-converting user experience.
In addition to execution, the specialist is expected to identify opportunities to improve website performance, search visibility, and digital engagement, contributing strategic recommendations that support IPC’s broader digital marketing goals.
The role works under the guidance of the marketing leadership team and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all digital content aligns with IPC’s brand standards, technical accuracy, and US-client expectations.
Digital marketing operations support includes: WordPress page development, SEO/AEO implementation, website optimization, graphic design for marketing assets, product visualization, social media visual content, and digital brand consistency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain product and industry pages using WordPress
- Ensure proper SEO/AEO implementation including metadata optimization, schema markup, and structured H1–H4 hierarchy
- Design and develop high-converting landing pages that support lead generation initiatives such as “Request a Quote” and “Request a Sample”
- Monitor and optimize website performance including page load speeds and mobile responsiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve website structure, navigation, and conversion performance
- Design custom web graphics including diagrams, infographics, and banners to explain technical concepts related to cold chain packaging solutions
- Create visual content and templates for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram that align with IPC’s visual brand identity
- Edit and enhance product photography and renders for digital catalogs and website use
- Utilize AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Canva Magic, or Adobe Firefly to accelerate content creation and marketing asset development
- Ensure all digital assets meet IPC brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across website and social channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, website updates, and content initiatives
- Monitor website usability and conversion opportunities, recommending improvements to user experience and page performance
Requirements
- Experience working with WordPress for website page creation and management
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) or Canva Pro
- Understanding of SEO and AEO principles, including page structure, metadata, and search optimization
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, or Google Search Console
- Ability to design visual assets that communicate technical or engineering concepts clearly
- Experience producing social media graphics aligned with brand identity
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for generating visual concepts and marketing assets
- Strong attention to detail in design, layout, and digital user experience
- Ability to manage tasks and priorities using tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote marketing team
